Delta Forward Modelling

The cross-sectional geometry of a delta is controlled by changes in sea level through time and by changes in sediment supply. The program below uses forward modelling to illustrate these principles. The sedimentation algorithm used in this model is described in Hardy & Waltham (1992), Waltham & Hardy (1995) and Boylan et al (2002).
